About Me

My passion for health and fitness started at a young age, I was always interested in the human body and playing sport. I soon realised that the benefits of a healthy body could help in other ways i.e stress reduction, improving confidence, help with anxiety and mood, which in turn helped in other areas like social and work life. I pursued this interest by working on my Level 5 sports massage, level 3 personal trainer, level 3 referral for exercise, nutrition and pole dancing qualifications. I am fully qualified in those areas and continue to study. I have experience working with adults (male or female), people that are new or returning to exercise, footballers, ex-army, new mums, people with medical conditions physical or mental. I have an absolute passion for working with people that have low self-esteem/confidence because I have been there myself so I talk from experience.
