We establish your goals & make a plan to reach them based around what you need and enjoy doing.
Sessions can include bodyweight exercises, HIIT & functional training, resistance exercises with portable equipment for mobile work. If outdoors is not for you sessions can be held at Effectusfit Gym in Sumners Leisure centre, Harlow.
I help you to help yourself & create habits that last. I hold you accountable. Just because you have a trainer doesnt mean you dont’ put the work in.
I dont sell fad diets or latest fitness craze gimmicks. I try & help you make changes to your current diet. Not tell you to buy some crazy fruit nobodies heard of before & make a shake out of it.
I’m a ‘Premier Training International’ Level 3 qualified instructor with Level 3 Referral for Exercise. I’m also X-pole qualified Pole Fitness Instructor – again for beginners to intermediates if you wish to try something different, really push yourself physically.
