My passion for health and fitness started at a young age, I was always interested in the human body and playing sport. I soon realised that the benefits of a healthy body could help in other ways i.e stress reduction, improving confidence, help with anxiety and mood, which in turn helped me in other areas such as my social and work life. I pursued this interest by working towards my sports massage, personal trainer and pole dancing qualifications. I am fully qualified in those areas and continue to study with additional CPD courses and currently working towards my Chiropractic qualification.
I provide Sports & Remedial massage to people ranging from professional football players, celebrities, recreational exercisers, and the general public who injure themselves as a result of work & lifestyle.
I have experience in Personal Training mostly with adults that are new or returning to exercise, mums, people looking to boost fitness levels etc. I have an absolute passion for working with people that have low self-esteem/confidence because I have been there myself so talking from experience, I want to share what fitness & exercise did for me. I like to get to know my clients and find a way to help you the most effectively.
